Bhojpuri video documentary, ‘Paharua,’ launched

Jamshedpur, Feb 5: Bhojpuri video documentary film, ‘Paharua’ (watchman) was launched on Saturday jointly by Management Guru Chandreshwar Khan, litterateur Arvind Vidrohi, social worker Shiv Shankar Singh and Pappu Singh.

The video documentary delves into a narrative through a Bhojpuri watchman, the likes of him who are spread out in India and beyond the country’s shores. The contribution to the concept and execution of the documentary has been provided by the General Secretary of Sampoorn Bhojpuri Vikas Manch of Jamshedpur, Pradeep Singh Bhojpuria. The launch program was conducted by Laxman Prasad and vote of thanks offered by Shashi Mishra. Many prominent Bhojpuri language speakers and literary personalities including Kaushalesh Tiwari, Bijendra Kumar, Rajesh Pandey, Shyam Sundar Pandey, Anil Giri, Sanjay Rawal, Rajkumar Singh, Yogesh Pandey and Dulal Chandra Pati were present on the occasion.
