Jamshedpur, August 16: Parul Singh, BDO Jamshedpur block and panchayat representatives jointly hoisted the tricolour near Posto nagar Sai Mandir in Bagbera Colony.
The event organised by Ward members association also held a conference which was headed by Sunil Gupta.
