Baug-E-Jamsheed recognized as torch bearer school at IDA Award

Jamshedpur, Sept: Baug-E-Jamsheed�School was recognized as a torch bearer school in the developmentally appropriate assessment category at the IDA award ceremony held at Bangalore on 24th September. More than 100 schools from all over India had applied and Baug-E-Jamsheed�was short listed as a finalist.

Coordinator of the school, Archana Gupta  was at the ceremony to receive the recognition.

“This is yet another feather in the cap for the school. It is all the more special because school is celebrating its 40th year. Such recognitions give us encouragement to continue the developmentally appropriate practices- what we have been doing all these years,” said Principal Anu Tewary. IDA Education Awards are given to reward pioneering initiatives taken by educational institutions/organizations with the focus on factors enhancing the student learning outcomes.
