Bank of Baroda launches Customer Service Centre in Kandra

Jamshedpur, July 23: The Kandra branch of Bank of Baroda inaugurated its Customer Service Centre near the bus stand for providing better services to customers. The Centre was jointly inaugurated by BoB Kandra Branch Manager Rahul Shahi and Roinit Solutions Ltd District Coordinator Vijay Gond. The Customer Service Centre will operate between 8 am and 8 pm everyday including holidays so that the bank’s customers can do their banking transactions during off days. Rahul Shahi said on the occasion, “With the launch of Customer Service Centre, customers will be provided even more and better services. All banking facilities will be available for customers at this Centre including cash deposits and withdrawals. PM Jan Dhan Yojna accounts will be opened here including registrations for PM Suraksha Bima Yojna, PM Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojna and Atal Pension Yojna.”

Vijay Gond said that the Customer Service Centre was aimed at providing better banking services where account holders could carry out necessary transactions even during holidays. Ratan Mahto, Manager of Customer Service Centre said that in keeping in line with the bank’s directives, efforts would be made to enhance quality of services on a routine basis.
