Jamshedpur: Baldwin Farm Area High School organized a Orientation Programme for Class XI students on April 13 at its campus. The programme aimed to welcome newly admitted students and their parents while introducing them to the school’s academic environment, values and expectations.
The event began with the traditional welcome of guests using kumkum, followed by a student’s welcome address that set a positive tone. Cultural performances, including a melodious welcome song and a group presentation, added vibrancy to the occasion. The ceremonial lighting of the lamp marked the formal inauguration, symbolizing the spread of knowledge.
Principal Dr. Subhosree Sarkar addressed the gathering, outlining the school’s vision and commitment to holistic development. Administrator Sachin Kumar also welcomed the parents and highlighted the institution’s administrative support system.
Distinguished dignitaries, including Dr. Rajiv Ranjan Sinha, president of Baldwin Academy Society, and Dr. Ashok Singh, Director Academics, motivated students with their insightful speeches.
