Jamshedpur: Children�s Day was celebrated with great fervour at Kids Garden Learning Academy, Sopodera, on Tuesday. The participants paid tributes to the former Prime Minister of India Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru on his birth anniversary and cut a cake to celebrate the occasion. The school principal Purnima informed the gathering about Pundit Nehru and his contributions to the freedom struggle and Indian polity. School teacher Meenu led the children during a sports programme organized on the occasion. Sweets were also distributed among the kids.
