Bajrang Dal protests against ‘PK’ in Bihar

Patna Dec 30 (IANS) The Bajrang Dal activists Tuesday protested against Aamir Khan’s “PK” in Bihar, alleging that the film insults the Hindu religion and rituals.

They also shouted slogans against Aamir Khan and tried to ransack cinema halls in Bhojpur, Saran and Nawada districts.

“Bajrang Dal activists tore posters of ‘PK’ and damaged banners of the film,” a police official said.

Aamir Khan early this month launched the promotional campaign of his film “PK” here as his role in the flick has him speaking Bhojpuri, a language widely spoken in the state.
