Baharagora village gets deep boring facility

Baharagora: Baharagora MLA Kunal Sarangi inaugurated two deep boring facilities in Muturkham village on Thursday. Two submersible deep boring motors were installed on the occasion in the presence of the block Pramukh Shastri Hembram and villagers. The villagers played traditional musical instruments to welcome the MLA. They also performed puja at the deep boring site. The deep boring facility would prove beneficial in irrigating 75 acres of barren land in the block, said Prakash Soren, one of the villagers.
Soren said Muturkham was a hilly area where water crisis was witnessed round the year.
