Jamshedpur: Babar Khan was elected the general secretary of All India Minority Social Welfare Front on Thursday.
He was elected at a meeting of the outfit held at Zakirnagar.
The meeting was presided over by Maulana Nizamuddin.
Among others present at the meeting included Maulana Hussain, Dr Nasreen Bano, Maulana, Riyaz Khan, Sikandar Hussain, Dr Irfan Akhtar, Arshad Ansari and Nasir Khan.
Many members of the outfit were present on the occasion.
