Jamshedpur: The business community of Jamshedpur came together on Tuesday at a city hotel to participate in the B2B Market Linkage Forum 2024, Jamshedpur chapter, aimed at fostering the growth of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through B2B e-commerce platforms.
Chief revenue officer of L&T-SuFin, Ashish Kaistha, shared insights on “Creating Efficiencies in Industrial B2B Trade Through a Digital Marketplace.” Kaistha highlighted how B2B e-commerce is revolutionizing traditional business practices and driving operational efficiencies for MSMEs.

“At L&T-SuFin, we are committed to empowering MSMEs with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in today’s digital age. Our platform streamlines procurement processes, improves market access, and ultimately drives business growth,” said Kaistha.
Gyanchand Jaiswal, Adityapur-Saraikela district president of Laghu Udhyog Bharti (LUB), expressed concerns about the challenges faced by small business owners in accessing government schemes.
“The government has initiated several schemes for small businessmen, but on the ground level, we still have to run from door to door to avail of these schemes through public sector banks, making it a herculean task,” Jaiswal said.
LUB district president added, “Laghu Udhyog Bharti is the largest organization of businessmen in the country, spanning from Kashmir to Kanyakumari, with more than 65,000 members. Platforms like L&T-SuFin serve as a much-needed solution for promoting small-scale businesses.”
Prominent speakers, including Dipak Shukla, Dean of Srinath University, Commander Sanjeev Raman, former chairman of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, and Doman Todu, national council member of the Dalit Indian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, shared their perspectives on the advantages of B2B e-commerce. They emphasized the transformative role of the Digital India initiative in empowering MSMEs.
The B2B Market Linkage Forum 2024 was organized by L&T-SuFin in collaboration with the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI) and supported by key industry associations, including the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce, Laghu Udhyog Bharti, Adityapur Small Industries Association, and the Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce & Industry.
