Jamshedpur, Oct 10: Ashima Kumar from Jamshedpur has been crowned the winner of the Mrs Jharkhand 2025 contest, held at Hotel Ramada, Ranchi. The grand event was organised by Icebreaker Ocean Vision and witnessed enthusiastic participation from across the state.
A total of 60 contestants competed in multiple rounds that tested their confidence, talent, and personality. Ashima, a resident of Smriti Building, K Road, Bistupur, impressed the judges with her poise, intelligence, and grace to win the top title. Ranchi’s Apoorva and Mahi secured the second and third positions respectively in the Mrs category.
In the Miss Jharkhand segment, Jamshedpur’s Archi Pahwa bagged the first position, followed by Ranchi’s Riha Malini in second place and Ranjita Ekka from Lohardaga in third.
The contest featured three major rounds. In the introduction round, participants confidently presented themselves, followed by a traditional round where they showcased Jharkhand’s ethnic attire through catwalks. The final question–answer round decided the winners, where six finalists demonstrated quick thinking and confidence in their responses.
The event was judged by an eminent panel including Mrs World 2023 Sargam Kaushal, Dr. Saroj Rai, and Dr. Rahul Sharma. The chief guests were Kaushal Kishore from Click Advertising, Rajendra Kumar Rai, and Praveen Sinha, Director of Icebreaker Ocean Vision Pvt. Ltd.
Expressing her joy, Ashima Kumar said the platform allowed her to represent Jharkhand’s women with pride and confidence. She thanked the organisers for giving women an opportunity to celebrate strength, balance, and self-expression.
The pageant not only honoured beauty and talent but also celebrated womanhood and empowerment. Ashima’s victory has brought pride to Jamshedpur and inspired many aspiring women achievers across the state.
