Ranchi, July 21: A major army recruitment rally for Jharkhand will be held from 27th July to 10th August 2024 at Khelgaon, Ranchi. The rally, organized in collaboration with the Army Recruitment Office Ranchi and district administration, will be conducted at the Khelgaon Sports Complex, where preparations for the event are in full swing.
Army Recruitment Director Colonel Vikas Bhola met with Senior Superintendent of Police Chandan Kumar Sinha to discuss security measures and ensure smooth conduct of the rally. Key issues discussed included identifying and taking legal action against brokers, and ensuring police verification of candidates at the site.
Colonel Bhola urged candidates and their families to be wary of brokers who may try to exploit them. He emphasized that the recruitment process is entirely free, fair, and merit-based, with no external influence. Applicants are encouraged to report any broker attempts to the police or rally officials.
Eligible candidates from all 24 districts of Jharkhand will participate in the rally, which will be held at the running track of Khelgaon campus, Hotwar, Ranchi. Admit cards for the rally have been dispatched to shortlisted candidates via email as of 9th July 2024. Candidates are advised to arrive at the venue on the date and time specified on their admit cards. Entry will not be permitted without the online-generated colored admit card. All candidates (Agniveer General Duty, Agniveer Office Assistant, Agniveer Technical, Agniveer Tradesman 10th and Tradesman 8th) must bring the required documents as per the February 2024 notification.
