Jamshedpur: The family members of Sachin Singh, resident of Bagbera and accused of several crimes, reached the office of the deputy commissioner of East Singhbhum Dr Amitabh Kaushal on Thursday to demand revocation of the recommendation by the administration to impose Crime Control Act (CCA) on the accused.
The mother of Sachin, Renu Devi, and his brother Dilip Singh said Sachin should not be booked under the CCA since he was not a big criminal.
The DC asked the family members of Sachin to give their submission in writing. He said a notice would be sent to them by the district administration.
