Jamshedpur, March 12: District Administration continued its anti Encroachment drive on Thursday removing more than a dozen shops and kiosk situated at Tinplate Kali Mandir Road to Baridih.
The illegal shops were demolished in the presence of officials from JNAC and JUSCO. Captain Dhananjay Mishra of Jusco was also present at the site amid protests from the locals and the shop owners.
As part of the road widening project in Jamshedpur several shops at the side of the roads have been removed by the administration and more such drive will be seen in coming months as 22 roads will be widened in two phases to ensure smooth flow of traffic�
