Annabhishekam performed at Sri Rama Paduka Ashram

Jamshedpur: On the auspicious occasion of Sharad Purnima, Annabhishekam (Abhishek with Rice) was performed for Lord Shiva at Sri Rama Paduka Ashram this evening. As part of this, alankar with five kg rice was done for Lord Shiva, with a garland of vegetables. Later on Rudra path was chanted seven times while Annabhishekam was being performed.

It was followed by Mahadeeparadhana and later on prasad was distributed among the devotees by members of the Ashram Committee. Arun Mishra, chief priest of the Ashram, performed the puja and Abhishekam. Raja Vadyar, Pattabhiraman, S Ramachandran, S Natarajan, M S V Siva, P Rajesh and many others chanted Rudram. V Natarajan, President, S Sriram, Secretary, B Dandapani, treasurer and many others contributed to make the puja a success.
