Andolankari Morcha seeks revolutionaries� rehabilitation

Jamshedpur: Members of Jharkhand Andolankari Morcha, Kolhan division, have demanded rehabilitation of Jharkhand Movement revolutionaries by the state government. They handed over a memorandum addressed to Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren to the deputy commissioner of East Singhbhum Dr Amitabh Kaushal on Friday in this connection.

As per the memorandum, the outfit members demanded extension of the tenure of Jharkhand Vananchal Revolutionaries Identification Commission, filling up of the seat of Commission member left vacant after the demise of former deputy CM Sudhir Mahato and initiation of process to provide pension, identity card and other benefits by the state government.

The outfit members who met the DC with the memorandum included Demka Soy, Harmohan Mahato, Dulal Mandal, Nanda Tanti, Prashant Mahato, Ajay Parida, Ashok Mahato, SK Badruddin, Ajit Tirkey, Bablu Das, Om Prakash Prasad, Manoj Kumar Murmu and Kalu Gorai.
