Jamshedpur: Andhra Bhakta Shri Ram Mandir in Bistupur came alive with devotion and celebration on January 11 to mark the foundation day of Lord Ram’s temple in Ayodhya. Organized collaboratively by the temple committee and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad, the event commenced at 6 PM with great fervor.

The temple was beautifully illuminated with saffron lights, creating a spiritually charged ambiance. The highlight of the event was the recital of the Hanuman Chalisa, repeated seven times, filling the atmosphere with devotion and positivity. Following the prayers, 1000 laddus were distributed among the devotees as prasad.

The celebration witnessed the enthusiastic participation of hundreds of devotees, including notable figures such as Andhra Bhakta Shri Ram Mandir Committee President B.D. Gopal Krishna, Durga Prasad Sharma, C.Y. Ramana, Ganga Mohan, Bijay Kumar, Chandra Shekhar Rao, Y. Nagesh, Arvind Murthy and Ajay Kumar Gopi Rao from the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.

Devotees expressed their devotion with heartfelt chants of Lord Ram’s name, creating an atmosphere of unity and spiritual joy. B.D. Gopal Krishna remarked, “This day symbolizes the unwavering faith and devotion of countless devotees towards Lord Rama. We are honored to celebrate this occasion together.”

The event concluded with devotees sharing prasad and cherishing the significance of the foundation day, leaving them inspired and connected to their faith.
