: Anand Marg Universal Relief Team (AMURT) has sent a team of volunteers to the flood-affected areas of Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Uttar Pradesh and Nepal.
The swayamsevaks will be helping the flood victims and providing them relief in whatever manner possible.
The global secretary of AMURT Acharya Ragodbhashanand Avdhut said the sectorial coordinator of India Acharya Avnindranand Avdhut was helping flood victims in Purnia, Katihar, Sitamarhi and Araria districts of Bihar with the help of 50 swayamsevaks of AMURT.
The volunteers are distributing food packets, drinking water and medicines among the people. They have helped more than 10,000 people so far.
