Amway opens Jharkhand’s first Express Pick & Pay Store in Jamshedpur

Jamshedpur, Feb 12: Amway India, the country�s leading direct selling FMCG Company, launched an Express Pick & Pay store in Jamshedpur on Sunday, February 12.

The store is located at �Dream Height� Ground Floor, South Park, Holding No. NIL-37, Q-Road in Bistupur (Near Chinmaya School). This is the first such store opened by the company in the state of Jharkhand and the third in Eastern region of India, as a part of its strategy to increase consumer outreach. The store�s format is similar to a �Mini Shopping Centre� which gives an opportunity to the Amway consumers and distributors to touch/feel and purchase the high quality products offered by Amway.

The centre was inaugurated by G S Cheema, Sr. Vice President, North & East, Amway India in presence of Shantanu Das, Head, HR, Amway India.

Sprawling over 4500 sq. ft., the store is tastefully designed to attract the consumers of Jharkhand. The newly launched store also houses a brand centre which highlights companies� brands, history and philosophy. It offers an opportunity to Amway�s distributors and consumers to learn about the history, the legacy of Amway.

On the occasion, G S Cheema, Sr. Vice President, North & East, Amway India said, �Jharkhand has emerged as a key markets for Amway in Eastern India and there is a high level of interest and appreciation of Amway products in the state which has encouraged us to open an Express Pick & Pay store at Jamshedpur.

This store will play a key role in increasing availability and visibility of Amway�s products in the city and neighbouring towns.” He further said that the company has 32 Express Pick & Pay store in the country and plans to add 18 more such store by 2018 end.
