Jamshedpur: Anand Marg Universal relief Team Global (AMURTG), Jamshedpur chapter, organized an eye check up camp at its Gadra Ashram in association with Purnima Netralay. Approximately 170 people�s eyes were tested out of whom 45 were found to have cataract. The camp was conducted between 10 am and 2 pm.
The identified 45 cataract patients would be picked up from the Gadra Ashram on Tuesday, February 19 at 2 pm and taken to Purnima Netralay in the hospital�s vehicle. The patients would be brought back to the Ashram after cataract surgery on February 21 from where they could proceed to their homes.
