Jamshedpur, Nov 21: After the state government awarded posting to senior IPS officer Amol Homkar Venukant as the new senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Jamshedpur, Amol was posted as Commandant JAP -1 in Ranchi took over the charge of SSP Jamshedpur on Thursday evening.
SSP Richard Lakra has been made Pakud SP. It may be noted that Homkar had worked earlier in Jamshedpur as Rail SP while Shailendra Sinha has been appointed Rural SP.
