Amalgam Steel picks 13 Jamshedpur RVS College students

Jamshedpur, July 6: Amalgam Steel, in the course of a campus selection programme picked 13 students of RVS College of Engineering and Technology, Jamshedpur. Training and Placement Head Dr Vikram Sharma informed that a total of 64 electrical and mechanical section students participated in the campus drive out of which the company selected 13 students. The selection process entailed three stages.

The students selected by Amalgam Steel were Vishwajit Banerjee, Rajiv Saw, Karan Kumar, Vijay Mahto, Shubham Kumar Pandey, Vishal Kumar, Shyam Chokhani, Md Hasnain Akhtar from Mechanical Engineering and Divyanshu Kumar, Himanshu Kumar, Arun Kumar, Avinash Chauhan and Pawan Hansda from Electrical Engineering.

Congratulating the selected students, the Treasurer of the Institute, Shatrughan Singh, Director Prof. (Dr.) RN Gupta and Principal Prof. (Dr.) Rajesh Kumar Tiwari said that the fruit of hard work was always sweet. “Every year Amalgam Steel comes to our college for campus drive and picks up eligible students,” said Prof. Atul Kumar. Prof. Abhilash Ghosh, Devjit Sadhu and Gurudev Gope organized the campus drive.
