Alcor attracts Art lovers

Jamshedpur, Jan 17: The Alcor Hotel is pulling out the chairs for art lovers in the Steel City.

Talented artists put up beautiful works of art for a display at the Hotel Lobby which is attracting the locals as well as for those residing in the premier hotel of the Jamshedpur.

Around 50 art works are put up for display by eminent artists of Bengal along with that a workshop is also held at the venue by two most eminent Bengal painters Ashoke Mullick and Manoj Mitra, organized by the Artists welfare Trust in Kolkata , a charitable trust which promotes art and artists .

The exhibition was inaugurated on Saturday, Jan 17 at the lobby of the hotel. The exhibition would be on from 17th to 30th of January.

There are 25 well known artists whose works have been exhibited, and two very prominent artists would be working from 17th to 19th January.

At the same time the hotel is conducting a Punjabi food festival starting from 17th onwards and an exclusive Ghazal evening would be held on 24th and 25th of January by Ghazal Maestro Dhruvajit Bhattacharya.
