Jamshedpur: All Jharkhand Students Union (AJSU) member Babar Khan has written to the superintendent of police, East Singhbhum, to demand that the meeting of the police public coordination committee be convened at police station level.
He said the district police should not delay the conduct of such meetings so that peace may prevail in all police station areas of the district.
He alleged that many people of dubious character were having their way in police station affairs. Such people should be kept at bay, he said.
