Jamshedpur, July 29: The oldest Lions Club of combined Jharkhand and Bihar got installed at a function held at Institutions of Engineers (India) Hall, Sakchi on Tuesday. Past District Governor A K Srivastava installed the team while Kanchan Singh, District Governor was the Chief Guest.�
Rajnish Kumar, First Vice District Governor was the Guest of Honour which also inducted four Ladies namely, Mahrookh Mehta, Harpit Kaur, Ranjan Sharma and Veena Dave into the Lions Fraternity and delivered them the Lions Pledge to join as the members of Lions Club of Jamshedpur.�
Ajay Kumar Pandey took charge from T S Biswas as the new President of the Lions Club, while Lioness Arti Pandey took charge as the new President of the Lioness Club.
Lions Club of Jamshedpur looks after the prestigious project Artificial Limb Fitting Center at Sonari, Cost Accountancy School and many other important projects. It has four Past District Governors in the Club- Dr R N Sharma, A K Srivastava, A K Biswas and Prof Narayan Mukherjee.�
