Jamshedpur, Feb 20: In support of indefinite hunger fast which has been commenced by All India Graduate Engineer Telecom Officer�s Association (AIGETOA) with effect from February 12, 2014 at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi, the members of AIGETOA Jamshedpur sat on a Dharna at main exchange campus.
The indefinite hunger fast is in protest against breach of trust and non-resolution of very basic issues in respect of direct recruited executives, which includes implementation of 30% Superannuation benefit, standardization of pay scale to direct recruited executives, no management trainee above DR JTO/JAO, first time bound up gradation in 4 year for executive, complete corporate culture and career progression at par with similarly placed CPSU, Equal privilege to AIGETOA at par with other executives association and active involvements in policy matter.
