Ranchi: A convocation of All India Congress Committee (AICC) has been convened at the Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi, on 17th January at the instructions of party president Sonia Gandhi.
The programme will start with the hoisting of party flag by Sonia Gandhi. All district Congress committee members have been invited to the convocation.
Many leaders of the state Congress committee have been invited to the programme.
