Jamshedpur, June 27: BJP Jamshedpur Mahanagar Spokesperson Prem Jha termed the performance of Congress on Agnipath Scheme as politically motivated.
He said, “Today, the entire opposition including the Congress has made it a habit of opposing and criticizing every decision of the government. Today, the opposition is making malicious attempts to mislead the people instead of holding positive discussions. Congress can go to any extent for its political gains.”
Prem averred, “The proposal to reduce the average age of soldiers in the army was given in the year 1989. Agnipath is a scheme that will provide greater opportunities to the youth to joint the defense services. The youth will get the chance to serve and defend the country for four years after which they can devotes their services in other segments fruitfully.”
