Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur MP and BJP Lok Sabha candidate Bidyut Baran Mahato Sunday said the Adivasi community had progressed a lot under the Narendra Modi regime. Not only the tribal people, but woman all over the country had also benefitted a lot under Modi government, he said.
Mahato, addressing BJP SC ST Morcha members at his residential office in Bistupur, said all party workers should contact the masses and inform them about the various important and successful projects of the Central and state governments. People should be asked to elect BJP candidates to ensure that Modi becomes PM again, he said.
Also present on the occasion, Jamshedpur Mahanagar BJP president Dinesh Kumar said Congress and JMM had never done anything worthwhile for the tribal community. The BJP government took numerous decisions in favour of Adivasi community, said Kumar.
Among others present during the meeting included Kaju Shandilya, Shobha samant, Ramesh Hansda, Ganesh Munda, Antu Mardi, Janata Sardar and Raina Purty.
