Jamshedpur: Blood donation camp was organized at Adhunik Power and Natural Resources Limited by the Joint initiative of Adhunik Power And Natural Resources Limited, Padampur and Power Plant Visthapit Prabhavit Swavlambhi Shramik Sahyog Samitee, Padampur on the on Saturday in co-ordination with the Voluntary Blood Donors Association (Telco Recreation Club) Telco and Jamshedpur Blood Bank.
The Program was graced and motivated by the presence of chief guest Naresh Goyal (CEO-Power, APNRL). Arjesh Mishra VP, HR-IR & Admin (APNRL), Ramdas Tudu, head, Gamharia block, and Krishna Baskey, president and Gautam Mahato, secretary of Visthapit Prabhavit Swavlambhi Shramik Sahyog Samitee, and Other Village representatives.
Ram Baskey, IndroMurmu ensured their presence for this noble cause and motivated other employees and the villagers to come forward and give their contributions to make the event successful. Dr Hari Prasad, medical superintendent, APNRL, gave information to the donors about the benefits of donating blood.
More than 80 units of Blood were collected and preserved till the first half of the event. Juice, Sweets and other refreshments were served to the donors after donation.
The Donors were felicitated and awarded certificates for their contribution towards the noble cause. The Doctors from Blood Bank Jamshedpur and Voluntary Blood Donors Association guided the donors about the post donation caring.
