Jamshedpur: The third edition of MD�s ACES Awards for Jamshedpur Plant was held this morning in Panorama � Display Gallery in General Office.

22 individuals who have outstandingly exhibited the four cultural priorities, viz Accountability, Customer and Product Focus, Excellence and Speed (ACES), were awarded the ACES Pin and Certificate by Karl Slym, MD, Tata Motors, in presence of Ajoy B Lall, Head�Jamshedpur Plant, Chandrabhan Prasad (Gen. Secretary�TWU) and other Senior Executives and Union Officials of Tata Motors and TML Drivelines.

The winners of this prestigious honour were: Swadesh Bhattacharya (Customer Support, Kolkata), Ajay Kumar (Vehicle Factory), Anyanya Das (Engine), Ashok Bareja (Central Planning), Dr Rajiv Sharan (Medical Services), K KShukla (Foundry), KiranNarendra (Quality Assurance), Manas Mishra (Program Management), Manoj Kumar Tiwary (TML Drivelines � Quality), ManoranjanSahu (ERC Jamshedpur), NizamuddinKarimee (Purchase & Supply Chain), Rajeev Kumar (Vehicle Factory), RamanuPrabhakaraRao (CEM), SandipBiswas (Frame Factory), Shielendra K Mishra (Vehicle Dispatch), SoumitraGoswami, SanjeevSahoo&AnuragKapila (team), SubhrajitBasu (Plant Head Office), Sumant K Sinha (ER, Welfare & CSR), Vijay K Battu (Cab & Cowl Factory) and Vishal Badshah (Vehicle Factory).

Having revisited its Mission, Vision and Values in December 2012, Tata Motors embarked on a journey towards becoming a world-class customer�centric winning organization.

Four fundamental cultural priorities� Accountability, Customer and Product Focus, Excellence and Speed were identified to help drive the desired change in mindset and behavior and enable the team to succeed in its endeavours.

With the aim of instilling the ACES culture and driving this organisational transformation, the MD�s ACES Award was instituted earlier this year.

This top-of-the charts� signature recognition honours individuals or teams who have outstandingly exhibited the desired behavior by taking Accountability for their goals, holding the Customer at the centre of their actions, pursued Excellence and acted with Speed.

Till now, 43ACES have beenrecognized at Jamshedpur and similar recognitions have taken place in all parts of the organisation.
