Chandil : Mithun Mahto an accused in rape and murder was sent to jail after he confessed in the crime.
Officer �incharge of Chowka Rajdev Singh said that on June 6 body was found near the bush.
The body was identified as the daughter of Ichagdh Santna station area Patkum village resident Rajen Mahato Mahato.
Mahato’s father filed a case on the basis of written statements. In response Mithun Mahato was detained for inquiry. The accused was sent to jail on Sunday.
