Jamshedpur: The Abhaya Banerjee Foundation marked its 16th Annual Day with a grand cultural programme at Rabindra Bhawan, showcasing the exceptional talents of specially-abled children. The event saw participation from more than 60 children representing nine institutions, who mesmerized the audience with performances in dance, drama, fashion shows, yoga, and songs.
The vibrant programme received widespread appreciation from attendees, who lauded the enthusiasm and abilities of the young performers. Dr. Jahar Banerjee, President of Abhaya Banerjee Foundation, extended a warm welcome to the distinguished guests, including Chief Guest Bipin Chachan, Managing Director of Plant Remedies Pvt Ltd, and Guest of Honour Dilip Kumar Goyal, Director of ASL Group. Both dignitaries commended the Foundation’s relentless efforts in fostering inclusivity and empowerment.
The event was seamlessly conducted by Anita Paul and Sanghita Lahiri, while Barnali Das provided an insightful overview of the Foundation’s mission and activities. She highlighted the organization’s commitment to education, women empowerment, social inclusion, and cultural promotion through various initiatives.
