Seraikela, Dec 2: Tribal Welfare and Transport Minister Champai Soren, has said that Hemant Soren’s government is reaching people in its ‘Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwaar’ drive to ensure that the eligible beneficiaries get benefits of Government schemes.
Soren inaugurated the programme jointly with Deputy Commissioner Arva Rajkamal and Deputy Development Commissioner Praveen Kumar Gagrai. After this, while inspecting the stalls of various departments put up in the programme, he got to know about the applications being given by the people reaching the program.
Addressing the program, Soren said that Hemant Soren, is being organised with the aim of benefiting the people of the state, especially the backward classes and the deprived beneficiaries by connecting them with timely schemes.
He said that the effort of Soren government is to bring smiles on the faces of the needy deserving beneficiaries. On the occasion, he appealed to work unitedly to create a drug-free state and a drug-free society, to remove the evil practice of witchcraft from the society, and to empower the women of the society.
He said that in order to accelerate the pace of development in the society, a drug-free society has to be created. And women have to be empowered to build a good family and a good society. In his address, while stating the importance of education, he informed about the efforts being made by the Hemant Soren government to make education accessible to everyone.
Addressing the programme, the Deputy Commissioner said that only a few days ago, people used to be deprived due to the quota of pension scheme being fixed. The initiative of Chief Minister Hemant Soren and Minister Champai Soren, all the eligible beneficiaries are being benefitted under the Sarva Pension Scheme by connecting them to the pension scheme. On the occasion, he gave information about the government’s ambitious schemes including ration, pension, labor registration, housing, Sona Sabran Dhoti Sari Scheme and other schemes.
In the program, Deputy Development Commissioner Praveen Kumar Gagrai, ITDA Director Sandeep Dorayaburu, Seraikela Sub-Divisional Officer Ram Krishna Kumar, District Fisheries Officer Pradeep Kumar and officials of the concerned departments, JMM Yuva Morcha District Vice President Sanand Acharya alias Tulu, JMM Block President Sonaram Bodra, Lipu Mahanti including others were present.
On the occasion, assets were distributed among dozens of beneficiaries of other welfare schemes including Pension Scheme, Chief Minister Livestock Development Scheme, Blankets, Sona Sabran Dhoti Sari Yojna, Phoolo Jhano Yojna by the guests on the occasion, including Minister Champai Soren and Deputy Commissioner. The program was conducted by Seraikela Block Development Officer Mrityunjay Kumar.
