Aadhaar seeding camp for Maiya Scheme beneficiaries on April 29

Ranchi, April 28: An Aadhaar seeding camp will be organized at the panchayat level on April 29 for beneficiaries of the Jharkhand Mukhya Mantri Maiya Samman Yojna. Acting on the instructions of Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate Manjunath Bhajantri, the camps will be held across all panchayats in the district from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The district administration has directed all Block Development Officers to ensure necessary preparations for the smooth conduct of the camps.

For beneficiaries residing in urban areas, Aadhaar seeding facilities will also be made available at bank branches on April 29, allowing them to link their Aadhaar to their bank accounts.

It was mandatory for beneficiaries whose bank accounts received a lump sum three-month Samman amount on or after April 3, 2025, to attend the camp and complete their Aadhaar linkage. Beneficiaries who received the payment before April 3, 2025, already have Aadhaar-linked accounts and are not required to attend.

Starting from April 2025, payments under the scheme will be made only to Aadhaar-linked bank accounts. Therefore, beneficiaries whose bank accounts were not yet linked must ensure Aadhaar seeding is completed.
