Seraikela : Over the years, handball players from Jharkhand and Bihar have not been able to get recognition and status at the national level, but now efforts will be made to identify small town players at India level by making better efforts soon. Hasan Imam Mallik, a famous handball player who was elected a member of the Technical Committee of the Handball Federation of India made the above statement.
Hassan Imam Mallik, a Jamshedpur resident and a Tata Steel worker, has been selected as a member of the National Technical Committee for the next 3 years as a member of the Technical Committee of the Handball Federation of India.
On this occasion, Hasan Imam Mallik said that over the years, handball players at national level have seen neglect in Bihar and Jharkhand, but now they will start an exercise to recognize Jharkhand’s handball players at the national level. Former councilor Satish Mishra, advocate Sanjay Kumar were also present.
