Ranchi, June 8: Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Wednesday said, four lakh blankets will be purchased from Jharcraft by labour department to promote the Jharcraft.
He said Bedsheets, Towels and curtains for Govt. Hospitals will also be purchased from Jharcraft. Hon�ble CM directed to arrange cloths for the dress of school children. He directed to involve self help groups for school dress stiching.
CM said, through this initiative employment opportunities will be generated. CM was chairing a meeting of Jharcraft.
During the meeting CM said that the training for needed skills will be given to the members of self help groups. He further said, members of SHG will be facilitated through MUDRA YOJNA and other schemes of state Govt.
Chief Secretary Mrs. Rajbala Verma, additional chief secretary Mr. U.P. Singh, Principal Secretary to CM Mr. Sanjay Kumar, MD Jharcraft Mr. Ajay kumar Singh and other officials were also present in the meeting.
