Jamshedpur : The railway has launched a helpline numbers to strengthen round-the-clock security of the passengers.
Calls received at the helpline number will be recorded in control room before forwarding the same to the respective Railway Protection Force (RPF) post/ Government Railway Police (GRP)/ local police for taking appropriate actions further.
The railway authority believes of rendering appropriate assistance to the passengers in emergency and help in controlling crimes committed against them.
