Jamshedpur, May 3: Congress leader and former Jharkhand health minister Rajendra Singh on Tuesday said that chief minister Raghubar Das has put his best foot forward on the local policy.
Talking to the mediapersons at a city hotel on Tuesday, Singh said, �We tried to make local policy during the Hemant Soren ruled government but Raghubar government announced it. My party�s opinion may be different from mine but 16 years after creation of Jharkhand, local policy has got a platform�.
INTUC president further said, Raghubar government is also ready to make amendments in the announced policy. It�s not ok to stop the recruitment in the state and no one should have objection if locals of the Jharkhand get jobs in third and fourth grade jobs.
Further talking about the current incident at Telco Workers Union, former president of the Union said, that when two groups file case against one another there is also an option to fix up the issue. Be it Union or management no one has the right to cross the line.
On the bye-polls Singh said Congress will win both the seats which would become clear when the results are announced.
