Jamshedpur: Tata Steel Homoeopathy Centre (TSHC) annual bonus agreement for the year 2013-14 was signed today in the office of the president, Tata Steel Homoeopathy Centre.
As per the agreement every employee will get 8.33 per cent of their Basic and DA as performance reward and an ex-gratia payment of Rs 2200 subject to a ceiling of Rs 8400.
Avneesh Gupta, president, Rajesh Chintak, General Secretary, Umesh Mittal, treasurer, Rajnish Kumar and B K Dinda, members of the Managing Committee signed on behalf of the Management while P N Singh, President, R Ravi Prasad, General Secretary, MK Singh, Joint Secretary and S K Singh, Treasurer signed on behalf of Tata Steel Homoeopathy Society Employee’s Union.
