Jamshedpur, Sep 25: The annual bonus agreement of Sonary Community Welfare Centre, popularly known as Seva Sadan was signed today in the Corporate Centre, Tata Steel.
On behalf of the management Rajiv Kumar, Chairman, Anil Oraon, Secretary and Sweta Kochar, Member of the Managing Committee were
signatories while on behalf of the Sonary Community Welfare Centre Workers Union it was signed by P N Singh, President, R Ravi Prasad, Deputy President and S N Singh, General Secretary. Rajnish Kumar, Senior Manager, Societies and member of the Managing Committee, N N Dasgupta and other staff of the Seva Sadan were present on the occasion.
As per the agreement every employee will be given 8.33% of basic and DA as bonus in addition each one will be getting ex- gratia amount of Rs. 2700/- subject to maximum ceiling of Rs.8400/- .
