55 JPS students awarded for social work

Jamshedpur, Dec 12: The members of the Interact Club of Jamshedpur Public School (JPS) were awarded for their dedicated service and active involvement in social service throughout the year.

Jawaharlal Sharma, a renowned social worker and a human rights activist, and Chandreshwar Khan, a management consultant and trainer, were invited to motivate and encourage the students on Saturday. A total of 55 students received certificates for excellence in social work.

Apart from this, new members were inducted into the Interact Club by the moderator Dr. Punam Kumari. Jawaharlal Sharma applauded the students for their selfless service and asked them to continue with their good work even after leaving school. Principal Namita Agarwal encouraged the students for their active involvement in social service.
