26 coaches get certificates
Jamshedpur, Aug 30: Jamshedpur FC in conjunction with Tata Steel Rural Development Society (TSRDS) conducted a grassroots football festival in Kalinganagar. The festival saw over 400 children from the region who are part of the TSRDS-Jamshedpur FC Grassroots centers participate.�
The festival consisted of various fun-based activities and small-sided games and as a red sea of kids engulfed the venue in Kalinganagar. The festival also concluded the 3-day-long Grassroots Workshop being conducted by Kundan Chandra (Head of Grassroots, Jamshedpur FC) and Kausar Ahmad (Sports Organiser, TSRDS) for the 26 coaches who are deployed at the centers in the Kalinganagar region. 26 coaches were handed the certificates.
From Jamshedpur FC Mukul Choudhari, CEO, Prashant Godbole, Head, Marketing & Operations, Raja Bhattacharjee, Sr. Manager, Marketing & Operations were present at the venue. From TSRDS Sourav Roy, Chief, CSR, Amit Tirkey, Empowerment Head also attended the function.
Carlos Santamarina, Head of Youth Development, Jamshedpur FC Youth Teams (TFA) also made the trip to Kalinganagar for the festival alongwith other Jamshedpur FC delegates mentioned.
