36th annual celebration of Harinam Mahayagya begins in Parsudih

Jamshedpur, March 17: Sri Sri Radha Govind Seva Samiti Sadsyavrind, Parsudih is organising the 36th annual celebration of Sri Sri Harinam Mahayagya.

The religious programme began on Friday, March 17 at Radha Govind Maidan in Parsudih Gwala Busti and will continue till Monday, March 20. On the concluding day Mahaprasad will be distributed in the afternoon and the programme will end with Leela Kirtan late in the night.

Suryakant Ghosh, president of the Seva Samiti, said, for the Harinam Sakirtan five kirtan groups from West Bengal’s Burdwan and Nadiya will present the kirtan which includes two women groups.

The kirtan group includes Raikanu Sampraday, Anand Sampraday, Yasoda Sampraday (Women), Bhaibon Sampraday (Women) and Shyam Sunder Sampraday. To make the religious programme successful Gopal Ghosh, Kajal Ghatak, Sunil Samadar, Govindo Dutta, Gurupado MC Dutta, SC Dey and others are providing full support.
