3623 students take Narayana Scholastic Aptitude Test

Jamshedpur, Nov. 20: Narayana IIT Academy, one of the prestigious coaching institute of the country organised Narayana Scholastic Aptitude Test (NSAT) all over India along three centres on Jamshedpur on Sunday, November 20.

Seagul Apartment Sakchi situated institute organised the NSAT exam at Kasidih High School Sakchi, Vidya Bharti Chinmaya Vidyalaya Telco and Jusco School South Park.

Students of class 5 to 12 participated in the exam which is a special initiative by the academy not only Jamshedpur but the whole of India.

Shyam Bhusan, director of Jamshedpur Centre said, the test was of two-hour duration (11 am to 1 pm) where Mental Aptitude Test (MAT) and Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) questions were asked. He informed that a total of 3623 students from Jamshedpur appeared for the test while around 1 lakh took the test from all over India.

The result of the exam will be declared on November 30. Mr. Bhusan further said, the main motive behind conducting the test is to develop competitiveness and students can also know about their all India ranking. The participants will be given awards, certificates and medals. The school which performs best will also be awarded.
