Jamshedpur: Members of Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur Zest inaugurated adult literacy centre at Medical Basti on Friday. 30 illiterate and under privileged ladies will be benefited from the programme.
Teacher will take class for four months with 5 days a week. Literacy kits were distributed amongst 30 ladies who will attend the class. Exams will be taken on regularly basis to assess the progress. Timing of the class will be held from 5-6 pm. Snacks, study materials and necessary stationery were distributed among the ladies.
On the occasion DLCC Aruna Taneja spoke about the importance of education in one�s life. At the event President of IWC Jamshedpur Zest Nisha Gadia, Nidhi Adesara and others were present.
