2nd Industrial Conclave on Maritime Corrosion Monitoring and Management in Digha on Feb 28

Jamshedpur, Feb 27:  The much-awaited 2nd Industrial Conclave on Maritime Corrosion Monitoring and Management (MCMM-2025) will be held on February 28, 2025, at the Hotel LeROI and CSIR-NML’s Marine Corrosion Research Station (MCRS) in Digha. This event marks a significant milestone in the Platinum Jubilee (75th Year) celebrations of CSIR – National Metallurgical Laboratory (CSIR-NML), Jamshedpur. The Corrosion and Coating Group of the Advanced Materials Corrosion Division at CSIR-NML is spearheading the organization of this highly anticipated conclave.

This one-day event will bring together industry leaders, maritime experts, engineers, researchers, and professionals from the field of maritime corrosion to explore the latest advancements and innovations in corrosion management, particularly in maritime applications. With the increasing impact of corrosion on the maritime sector, the conclave serves as a platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration, and development of effective solutions.

The event will feature keynote addresses from eminent experts representing organizations such as National Thermal Power Corporation, Fosroc Chemicals (India) Pvt. Ltd., Vector Corrosion Technology (Canada), Metatech Thermal Spray Pvt. Ltd., Berger Paints India Ltd., Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., and more. In addition to insightful speeches, the conclave will include panel discussions, technical sessions, and a poster exhibition, offering a comprehensive view of the current landscape of maritime corrosion science and technology.
