2300 Jamshedpur cops on token strike

Jamshedpur, March 9: As many as 2300 police personnel of East Singhbhum are observing token strike in support of their various demands. They are wearing black badges to register their protest. They will continue doing so till 11^th March. In case the demands related to various service benefits are not fulfilled by 21^st March, the cops would observe fast during duty. A demonstration programme would be organized at the district headquarters in case the demands are not fulfilled by 31^st March, sources said, adding that the cops would go on mass leave for five days from 14^th April onwards in case their demands are not fulfilled by then.
