Jamshedpur, Nov 7: The 37th Jharkhand Battalion NCC celebrated the 150th anniversary of the national song Vande Mataram with a special program at Jubilee Park on Friday. A total of 230 NCC cadets from various schools and colleges participated, singing Vande Mataram in unison. The event also featured writing, drawing, and debate competitions based on the theme of the national song. Colonel Vinay Ahuja, Commanding Officer of the 37th Jharkhand Battalion NCC, Jamshedpur, awarded prizes to the cadets who secured first and second positions in the competitions.
