Gamharia, Aug 13: A meeting of the 20 Point Implementation Committee was held in the Gamharia Block Office auditorium presided by the Committee president Vijay Mahto. BDO Thakur Gauri Shankar Sharma directed all departmental officers and Panchayat Sevaks to ensure completion of all pending projects. The meeting reviewed Block level progress of various schemes like Ayushman Yojna, all related projects of Bal Vikas Pariyojna, animal husbandry, crop insurance, rice seed distribution and others.
The Community Development Department distributed bicycles to students of class VIII of various schools. Benefits of crop insurance were also made for many farmers on the occasion.
Officials and representatives of some departments were not present during the meeting. The BDO has ordered that they be issued show cause notices with immediate effect.
